The Power House - Poole

Summary of Charity Objects: The development, facilitation, and promotion of arts, community, and wellbeing for young people and adults of all ages. 

We formed the charity following years of working across the Poole community and in direct response to local growing needs. In 2024, we secured a significant grant from the National Lottery Reaching Communities fund, which has been instrumental in taking the organisation to the next phase. With support from several other local Trusts, BCP Council, and our fundraising initiatives, we opened our Community Hub in summer 2024. 

This space now offers wellbeing, creative, and community-led activities and is a 3-minute walk from The Cornerstone Patch, our community garden. We are recruiting for a full staff team across the next 4 months, which will conclude in April 2026.
