The Lunch Club supports people in Streatham and the surrounding area who are experiencing food poverty and social isolation. This includes low-income households, older adults, people living alone, people living in temporary accommodation and individuals facing financial hardship or unstable living situations.

We provide freshly cooked, nutritious meals and a community pantry in a warm and welcoming environment, creating a space where people can come together, build connections, and feel part of a community. Alongside our lunch sessions, we are developing additional support to help people access local services and feel more confident managing the challenges they face.

Our work matters because many of the people we support are not only struggling to afford food, but are also experiencing loneliness, poor well-being, and limited access to support. By offering both practical help and a consistent, friendly space, we help people feel more connected, supported, and able to cope with day-to-day life.
