Refuge is a UK charity providing specialist support for women and children experiencing domestic violence. They’ve been around since 1971, supporting women in a wide range of ways: from running the National Domestic Abuse Helpline, to operating 24/7 safe houses and campaigning for a world without domestic violence. The work they do is vital to so many people in the UK, both women and children, and their employees get to play a part in this important work. They also have an inclusive culture, with flexible working, lots of training and development opportunities and a focus on wellbeing. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.
