Refundee helps victims of fraud and scams to get their money back. We are an ethical company looking to support people when they need us most. Banks wrongly deny fraud victims compensation in up to 8 in 10 cases.
Our mission is to encourage banks to treat victims fairly, consistently, and with dignity. We want to change the way banks think about victims of fraud.
We help scam victims in a fair way, charging them much less than the industry average while providing a personalised service to each customer and listening to what they’ve been through. We only charge where we get people their money back.
