Resi takes employee inclusivity seriously, each Thursday there is a "all hands" meeting which is a cross of business performance and fun inclusive games. They also take employees on a retreat / holiday to ensure a bond between staff.

Personally I was diagnosed with an illness recently after being employed by Resi which caused me great stress in how they would take that news.

I would go as far to say the situation was treated perfectly. I was given every possible allowance to have me do my work in a comfortable manner.

As a start-up Resi moves quickly to create a frictionless user experience. To do this employees are allowed to put forward ideas and work freely to achieve results.
