RIFT Social Enterprise

RIFT Social Enterprise is an award-winning, not-for-profit organisation which enables the most marginalised members of our society to establish and sustain self-employment. We currently deliver our tailored self-employment programme across the UK including contracts in over 35 prisons, 17 DWP Restart contracts, six CFO Activity Hubs and two F.E Colleges. We also deliver self-employment training for people entering the construction industry. RIFT's programme has been shown to be effective in helping people to start and grow their own businesses. In a recent evaluation, 80% of participants said that the programme had helped them to develop their business skills, and 70% said that they were more confident about starting their own business. RIFT is committed to helping people to achieve their full potential. We believe that everyone has the right to a good life, regardless of their background or circumstances. RIFT's programme provides people with the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to start and grow their own business, and to build a better future for themselves and their families.
