Careers at Riverside Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre South Africa

Riverside Wildlife Centre is a non-human primate rehabilitation centre. Orphaned injured misplaced ex-pets are brought to Riverside to be rehabilitated to a wild status and released back in nature after successful troop cohesion. The centre was established at the current location in 1995 and has been receiving volunteers worldwide since 2002. Without the enthusiasm and support of all our wonderful volunteers it would be a lot more more difficult to do the work we are doing.
Everyone becomes a part of the Riverside Family having meals together chatting about the days activities.'Hands-on' at Riverside really means hands-on as orphaned baby vervet monkeys and baby baboons need to be bottle fed every 3/4 hours they also need to be looked after 24/7.
