We have also launched Rugby Net Zero, a commitment to cut the council’s C02 emissions to net zero by 2030 while taking the lead in the borough’s bid to become carbon neutral. And we’ve embarked on plans for a radical regeneration of Rugby town centre, creating a sustainable, thriving urban environment supported by a 21st century transport system and digital infrastructure.
