Set up by the former MD of Deliveroo, our goal is to provide physical and virtual platforms for food concepts to thrive at every point in their lifecycle. We aspire to redefine the evolution of food brands by providing a physical platform for creation and a virtual platform for scale. Sessions operate the iconic Shelter Hall on the Brighton seafront as a food hall incubator, offering a space for the best independent restaurant brands to excel, as well as operating a licensing programme, the 'Accelerator' allowing successful brands to scale through our network of operating partners.
