    Everyone is trusted to get on with their work and structure their day however best suits them. It's so great to work somewhere that isnt at all micro-managey and this has such a positive impact on how I view the business.

    One of our core values is to celebrate success, and we have a bunch of different ways we celebrate each other and promote the good work people are doing. As a remote first business, it would be really easy to miss a lot of peoples efforts, but because it is part of our culture, I feel like good work from all departments is brought to peoples attention and celebrated as a company.

    📣 Mission & Purpose
    We were all invited to participate in building our company sales strategy. This is the first time I have ever been involved in something like this, and it was an excellent way to source new ideas, unite us in collectively backing the strategy, and make sure we were all aligned on our mission.

    Overall

    I have never worked anywhere like Sideways 6 before. The company culture is so healthy. They really care about employee wellbeing, and have worked hard on helping our colleagues in Belarus relocate. Everyone they hire seems to have the same attitude towards delivering excellence, and whenever we get the opportunity to collaborate across teams it is always met with enthusiasm. The company benefits are great, especially our summer summit, which is a chance for the whole company to get together in person. I genuinely have nothing bad to say about working here, I hope to be working here for a very long time.
