We are a community-led not for profit Community Land Trust. Our mission is to provide sustainable, affordable housing for people in housing need in Somerset*. We also aim to provide workspace and opportunities for community/social enterprises – and where possible to combine these with our new homes. We are a co-operative and a Community Benefit Society – led by our members. Our core membership is people who live or work in Somerset*. * Including BANES and North Somerset.
