Objectives We help individuals with intellectual disabilities reach their full potential through the life-changing power of sport. Our athletes, ranging from young children to adults, participate in inclusive sports programmes that promote physical activity, confidence, and social inclusion. We offer a wide range of services including structured coaching, local and national competitions, and community engagement activities. Our work matters because it opens doors for those who often face barriers to participation.
