Spring & Tonic PR - Freelance PR Assistant

Spring & Tonic is a little PR consultancy that works with some of the most exciting names in food and drink including Pip & Nut Doisy & Dam The Coconut Collaborative Hippeas and Rock Rose Gin.

They are looking for a freelance PR Assistant for a part-time position with the company with a flexible number of hours/days.

Roles and responsibilities would include:
Administration including coverage mounting and database management
Media and partnerships research and outreach
Influencer engagement
Drafting press materials
Researching food trends and events
The role would be a brilliant opportunity for a passionate graduate or PR professional with around a year experience who is looking to kick off or take their career in food and drink PR to the next level. The offices are based in a fun social office in Exmouth Market and the role is a great opportunity to learn direct from the two agency Founders.
