In order to deliver the strongest impact in Nigeria and the Niger Delta, we must embody the personal and professional values, ethics and behaviours that we are trying to encourage amongst Citizens, Civil Society, Local, State & Federal Government, and National & International Oil Companies we are working with to bring about positive and real change in the Niger Delta.
A strong moral and ethical code is the foundation to which we can bring about positive and real change and we need to hold true these values, ethics and behaviours in our personal and professional interactions throughout our careers at SDN to maximise the impact we are trying so hard to achieve.
SDNs Personal & Professional Ethical Framework is defined below. It is a complimentary internal and external framework that underpins everything we aspire to achieve as a Civil Society Organisation in the Niger Delta.
