Switchback

Switchback is a small innovative charity whose aim is to keep young adult offenders from going back into prison. We do this by helping them build on their inherent skills and those learned in prison to make the most of the opportunities that exist on the outside. We start to build relationships with 18-30 year olds in prison and after their release we continue our support as they train at one of our partner training cafes and work towards paid employment. At the centre of this process is a committed full-time Switchback Mentor.
