📖 Opportunities to learn
TalentEd are reactive to changes in education, specifically in schools and the often complex contextual issues that mean young people are not given equal access to educational opportunities. Because of this, the team are always learning, reading and analysing reports and research on education and young people, and are encouraged to upskill, plan, and deliver new processes that will serve our communities.

😎 Autonomy
Within the charity, staff are encouraged to lead their own cohorts and are encouraged to follow interests and ingenuities solutions to often complicated problems. New ideas are never shot down and within the team you have autonomy to take responsibility and pursue interests.

📣 Mission & Purpose
Our mission is to react quickly and decisively to short term situations like the pandemic, school closures, and access to intervention, with a long term ethos of reducing the gap in educational equality. TalentEd see all students as equally deserving of high quality tuition regardless of their household income.

Small team, ability to mould your own position, learning skills across the board, and knowing that what you do is directly impacting the life chances of a young person.
