We were established to support those young people most at risk of falling through the cracks in our education system; disengaged young people. those with SEND, those with complex SEMH needs, and care-experience children.
We take a trauma-informed approach, engaging tutors who utilise a holistic practice to go into the schools, homes, and care homes of our children and young people and support them through building their confidence and a trusting relationship with them.
Make an impact and raising the minimum standard for the UK's vulnerable young people is at the core of what we do. As a company we value child-centredness, transparency, accountability, honesty, and ambition.
Targeted Provision’s mission is to “break the cycle of educational disadvantage”. They do this by working with schools, local authorities, and charities to provide a range of support for young people who've fallen through the gaps, including specialist tuition, mentoring, and engagement and re-engagement programmes. It’s a big mission, and one that they're doing an excellent job of - in 2021 they were recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best 100 Small Companies to Work For. If you want to work for a company that is making an impact on the lives of young people, in a supportive and caring environment, look no further than Targeted Provision.
