Tempting Ventures is an independent Venture Capital investor founded to back high calibre management teams of niche recruitment/talent solutons businesses with which we have a shared vision. From Launch in April 2017 we've already grown to a portfolio run rate of GBP17m+ sales.- We founded Tempting Ventures to build the investment team that we would want investing alongside us. Our investment team is a high-energy blend of experienced recruitment investors and recruitment operators.
- We’ve experienced failures, bumpy roads and the sleepless nights that can come with founding a business. Equally, our team has experience building the fastest growing recruitment business in the UK, we’ve operated recruitment businesses globally and successfully exited recruitment brands via management buyouts, trade sale and listing.
- We are passionate about investing in and scaling businesses; working alongside driven, high-performance management teams in a supportive relationship that allows both the businesses and the individuals to achieve their potential.
- At the core of everything we do are the principles of fairness, integrity and fun. Having been both investees and investors, Tempting understand what it is to walk in a management team's shoes and we believe this allows us the empathy to be better investors and business partners.
