The Cheese Merchant

The Cheese Merchant was set up in 2017 by George Lang, who worked in restaurants and saw the need for the best dairy produce. He wanted to showcase the fantastic array of British cheeses that rival our neighbouring countries, and support the British dairy industry.

We are a cheese wholesaler, supporting the best of British dairy produce. We supply London’s top pubs, hotels and Michelin-star restaurants as well as delis, independent shops and cafes. We’re a young business, trying to carve a new way in the British dairy industry. During the last year, we’ve also launched the online shop and sell across various marketplaces.
