The Decision Lab are an incredibly innovative organisation, who are right at the forefront of applying behavioural science to solve some of the world’s most pressing problems. They do this by taking a multidisciplinary approach, combining elements of psychology, economics, philosophy, and management theory to better understand the human decision-making process. Their work has spanned across a wide range of sectors, from healthcare to sustainability and beyond. What really stood out to us about The Decision Lab was their commitment to their team’s personal and professional development, and their commitment to diversity and inclusion, which is why they have been awarded a spot in the Escape 100 for the second year running.
