We bring together a network of youth supported housing projects so that young people have access to the best opportunities and move on positively in their lives.
We work in partnership with our network to develop quality provision, build partnerships, and deliver programmes, training and events.

We are on a mission to be more inclusive by recruiting people as employees, volunteers and Trustees from a wide range of backgrounds with different lived experiences. We are actively seeking to recruit from under-represented groups. This is the first place I have ever worked where the knowledge and skills I have acquired throughout my career have been tapped into fully, and any idea is welcomed. I work part-time for the organisation. I have a lot of flexibility in how I approach my role and in determining my working pattern to ensure I can also work part-time in another public sector role. We are a solution-focused, high output organisation and all of us are motivated by driving the organisation forward and serving our stakeholders effectively. We are led by an innovative and thoughtful leader and a dedicated Board of Trustees.

We are all committed to supporting our stakeholders in any way we can. All of our staff, volunteers and Trustees are Advantaged Thinkers. We see value in promoting people's strengths rather than defining them by their deficits and are passionate about this asset-based philosophy. We are interested in helping young people who have experienced homelessness to thrive rather than just cope, and to prepare them with tools to secure a positive and rewarding adulthood.
