Seeking a management couple to JOIN OUR FUNKY FAMILY :). The role is broad, so we're ideally looking for:

 - Fun & energetic couple that compliment each other with different skill sets  

- Social butterflies (joining guests for sundowners / getting the party going / networking) 

- Good financial background to assist management of stock control/ cash flow/ budgets/ P&L/ expense analysis etc, working with our awesome accountant

 - Strong sales and administration skills to manage reservations 

 - Marketing/PR/Social Media/ Photography/Videography skills 

- Catering/Kitchen management to work with our excellent chefs and take our restaurant to the next level

 - Creative, ambitious and driven with a zest for travel and adventure, taking on product development to coordinate and potentially lead safaris and trips around Malawi and Zambia.

Long term commitment (minimum 1 year), offering a lifestyle package for you to forget about the corporate world/city hustle and bustle, to live in stunning Cape Maclear (Lake Malawi National Park). You'll have monthly trips to Lilongwe for shops, & will have the opportunity to travel Malawi for networking.
