Here at THoY we specialise in Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga that strengthens tones and invigorates your mind and body. We believe in creating a powerful way of living and building communities through the practice of yoga.

About us

The mission of The House of Yoga is to be the UK’s leading Yoga centre. Through our communities we aim to create empowerment, inspire transformation, promote growth and have fun. It is our passion and desire at THoY to be here to support you along your unique life journey. We can help you embody a healthy way of living, a life of limitless possibilities. Our greatest reward is your truest expression.

The House of Yoga began in a small church hall 4 years ago with 3 yoga classes a week. We had one intention and that was to create a community where people could step onto their yoga mats and positively transform their lives.

A year later in 2012 we opened our first studio in Putney, SW London, which now has over 50 classes a week, a thriving community of modern day yogis, teacher trainings, retreats and a dedicated team who embody the brand's vision.

As a result of our continued growth, we have expanded our site in Putney to double the size. Our community of over 1200 yogis a week can now enjoy a second studio, as well as an amazing good food cafe-juice bar and a treatment room to complete the experience for a healthy mind and body.
