If you’re a fan of the Natural History Museum, you’ll love the Natural History Consortium. With a shared mission to engage people with the natural world, NHC is a charitable collaboration of environmental organisations. Bristol-based, they run the annual Festival of Nature, the UK’s largest free celebration of the natural world, as well as Communicate, a conference for environmental communicators. It’s such an exciting time to join the team. Their most recent project, City Nature Challenge, encouraged people to record their local wildlife, with the aim of inspiring new interest in the natural world and helping to protect it for the future.
