Our focus on community means putting emphasis on the people, their interactions, and the relationships that form above everything else. Every decision we make considers members and their opportunities to interact with one another. Membership at The Refinery is about more than just renting a desk. It’s about being a part of an authentic, collaborative community where relationships are built and entrepreneurs, free-lancers and creatives can thrive.

What can we offer Escapees?

Working for The Refinery offers a chance to be a part of a genuine and thriving community, and taking a role in continuing to build that community. Seeing businesses connect and support one another as well as individuals making friendships and collaborating is extrememly exciting. 

Following the success of the first Refinery site at 13 Radnor Walk, we are planning on expanding and taking on multiple additional sites. As such further down the line there will be opportunity for more responsibility, promotion within the company and an increased salary.

We are looking at hiring a team member now who will be able to grow with us and continue on this adventure.  

What is our culture like?

The atmosphere at The Refinery is hard working but also casual, fun, stimulating and creative. 

Working for The Refinery will be both rewarding and challenging, with a great deal of variety. If you find a way of doing something better than how we have done it so far, you will be at full liberty to change our procedures and decrease the length of time it takes to do a job. You will be empowered to think on your own feet and make key decisions for yourself, as well as being supported at all times by the Managing Director.
