Careers at The Resilience Project

The Resilience Project is a youth-led community built and established by leading youth climate activists. We resource young people to become effective and resilient climate changemakers for a sustainable future. We resource them through peer-support communities, intergenerational mentoring and the transformation skills required to catalyse inner and outer change. Our vision is a bigger, more inclusive and sustainable international youth movement resourced by connection, community and cooperation.

Escape's take on The Resilience Project

The Resilience Project is a youth-led community on a mission to resource a generation of Climate Leaders. They believe that to change the world, we must first change ourselves. They create the conditions for powerful conversations and personal reflection, through immersive events and programmes that explore the power of vulnerability, empathy, and community. If you’re passionate about creating a better future, and know that the best way to do that is by looking inward and working on yourself, then The Resilience Project could be the place for you.
