About The Society of St James (SSJ) SSJ is a charity helping vulnerable people experiencing homelessness, problems with alcohol and substance use and other complex needs to change their lives. SSJ provides a wide range of support and services in Southampton, Portsmouth and across Hampshire, these include supported living, drug and alcohol recovery, plus education, wellbeing and life skills building opportunities.
