ThinkForward works with young people who are at risk of under-performing at school so that they can make a successful transition from school to higher education or sustained work. It does this by placing highly qualified coaches in schools who provide long-term, personalised support, which helps young people overcome challenges in and out school.
ThinkForward also helps to build the employability skills and confidence of young people on the programme by linking them with the working world; over 70 companies are currently providing business mentoring, interview and CV workshops, work experience and job opportunities.
ThinkForward’s success demonstrates the benefits of early and sustained intervention with a model that is highly scalable.
ThinkForward operates in schools in London, Nottingham and Kent.
