TK Born and Raised was established to facilitate and promote greater and better awareness of ‘Reconnecting Individuals Back to Their Roots’ through Education, Sports, Fashion, Health, Wellbeing, Beauty and fashion. This will be achieved by hosting football tournament, contemporary fashion design exhibitions and shows that appeal to all age groups.  Our philosophy is to use our platforms as a stepping stone to express and represent everything that embodies the individual including, their talents, culture and heritage. One of our focus is to bring academy level coaching to everyone in the community as we strongly believe in embracing diversity. Our tailored sessions can be done at all levels of ability and our staff are all highly qualified and DBS checked with safeguarding. TK Born and raised is also set up in Africa to provide opportunities for some of the most underprivileged teens in Sierra Leone, through the power of football. Sierra Leone is one of the world's poorest countries and the outlook for many young people in the country is bleak. Over 50% of the population live below the poverty line and the average life expectancy of just 54 years. Many underprivileged children are from single-parent backgrounds or are Orphans, the fortunate ones selling local produce on the streets to feed their families, the less fortunate forced to live on the streets without a roof over their heads. Our mission is not simply to help these children to survive but to thrive and become the future leaders of socio-economic change in their communities.
