Having rebranded itself in 2019, Urvara Krsi Private limited (UKPL) has been closely working with farmers for well over three decades with the vision to promote best-in-class agricultural practices to improve productivity and enhance revenue streams amongst its large and diversified farmer base. Since its original inception, the company has been working with over 60,000 farmers in five states (Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha & Chhattisgarh) of India in various agro-forestry and agriculture projects.

Our team forms a link between buyers and farmers to grow specific crops suitable for the region. Farmers are educated and motivated to increase productivity of their land by using technology enabled interventions for which training is given.

Through its own training and education program UKPL empowers local communities to move onto a path of sustainable agriculture which is inclusive and benefits the environment. Having years of historical data and strong partnership with industry leading firms, UKPL also educates farmers on which products are higher yielding and have a stronger market demand.

The team is led by the CEO Dr. Suchita Bhandari. Suchita has over three decades of experience heading various argo-forestry and agri-based projects with strong R&D, production and community contract farming field experience in both India and Internationally with a consistent track record of performance in all her various assignments. She is a Doctorate in Agriculture Science from Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana, India and Post Doctorate Fellow of Cambridge University, England. She was also part of a team working on a research project for Michigan Tech University, USA and has published numerous research papers on the subject. UKPL senior management is a committed team with all the necessary knowledge and skills and a consistent track record of performance in all assignments.

We are focusing on expanding the Company and creating a new vertical; health and wellbeing supplements aimed at the sports and wellness sector. We have several products ready to market and sell in the UK, backed by scientific research and high tech nano extraction technology, we are confident we can offer exceptional quality supplements that will enhance recovery and wellbeing.
