There is a host of women walking around, but they are lost and confused due to language barriers, lack of qualification, abuse, and much more. They are hurting from past relationships, bad decisions, bad investments, and they do not know how to get out. Lack of employment opportunities and too many barriers make it difficult for BAME women to adjust to life in the community. Many of them as a result do not value themselves. That is why they seek support when it comes to gaining employment opportunities that exponentially fade away due to their language barriers, lack of qualification, and much more. But when it comes to building themselves up, they don’t have the confidence, the faith, nor the drive to be their own cheerleader to build their destiny. This is why the VOW is an essential platform because we create a path of life for those who have no way of escape. It allows them to become self-sustainable and advance themselves in every component and dimension of their life. We also build the capacity of those women who are afraid to take their first step to start their business, and hearing from experienced influential women. So, VOW is not only a platform but a whole community, it's tied in with motivating one another, gaining from one another.
