Being the newest addition to the team, during my first month I have felt totally included by all of the team. There is inclusive culture throughout the company which is established through radical collaboration.

There are countless opportunities to learn within Volans. There is a balance between being given large amounts of autonomy to research and project manage through to being able to sit in on a wide array of calls, learning from more experienced team members.

Overall

As mentioned above, there is a strong underlying purpose through all the work we do, which I feel is essential. I have relished being a part of an inclusive team which provides individual autonomy, whilst enabling opportunities to learn from more experienced team members. As of yet I haven't come across a business that can do/ does what Volans does.
