Walk N Talk 4 Mental Health is a charity based in Hampshire. Through walking and talking we aim to normalise conversations around mental health and stop stigma. We talk about anything from maintaining good mental health to support that is available if experiencing not so good mental health. Each walk is led by a trained Mental Health First Aider.
