About us

We’re a young and quickly growing events company, based in Brixton, South London. We curate and deliver conferences for the digital and creative industries with a focus on high quality content, fun and learning. Our model isn’t that of a standard events agency – we put on our own conferences – everything from coming up with the idea, researching the market, programming the content, inviting the speakers, building the website, selling the tickets and sponsorship packages, and running it on the day.

Why White October Events?

White October Events was born out of the passion of a small group of web developers in Oxford who wanted to create something for their community. They started two friendly, high quality conferences in their local area, designed for people like them – ambitious, community-driven web developers with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge.

We continue to curate and deliver content-focussed conferences for the digital and creative industries. We believe in supporting the tech and creative industries through providing learning opportunities. Our conferences now include:
