With Music In Mind is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company based in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales, offering a regular service for older people in the community.  Our mission is: To improve the lives, and quality of lives, of older people through singing, exercising and socialising in the community.  To reduce social isolation and loneliness, and improve physical and mental wellbeing of older people. Our vision is to be at the heart of a happy, healthy, unified and stronger community in the Western Vale of Glamorgan and beyond and to that aim we are developing a community hub, Y Galon (The Heart).  In addition to the above, our key aim with Y Galon is: To work together to improve the lives, and quality of lives, of older people, carers and the local community through a variety of services, therapies and activities at the hub.
