Working Chance

Working Chance is an award-winning UK charity supporting women ex-offenders into sustainable quality employment. We work with women in prison on probation and out in the community who are struggling to find a job because of a criminal conviction. Employment is proven to be the single most significant factor in reducing reoffending: Working Chance enables women with convictions to become providers for their children and families empowering them to break the intergenerational cycle of deprivation and crime.
