Our co-founders, David and Elliot, founded Work.Life because they believe everyone should feel happy in their work lives. They learned the hard way that a greying office cubicle isn’t ideal grounds for productive, engaged or happy working. After delving deeper into the correlation between happy workers and business success, they identified the golden opportunity that business owners have to engage and inspire their teams, and how often it’s overlooked.

They are also leading by example by supporting their team to build fulfilling careers, too. Having weathered a tumultuous year in the coworking industry, Work.Life have doubled down on their mission to support great working lives by submitting their application to become a B Corporation.
