We are Would You Rather Be - a tech startup on a mission to help people find career happiness through our AI-powered app.

By answering 10 minutes of quick-fire questions on your job interests, skills, qualifications and experience, our algorithm will calculate the careers you are best suited to and generate hyper-personalised pathways into each one, starting from where you are now.

We believe that everyone deserves to be happy in their career, and we want everyone in the world to use our software to help them find that happiness – so we can all look forward to Monday morning more than Friday afternoon.

We raised a £500k seed round in 2020 and we’re a finalist of Nesta’s CareerTech prize - so we're growing fast!
