Woza Biltong & Charcuterie

At Woza we make award-winning beef and venison charcuterie from finest British ingredients. In May 2017, we launched our premium biltong range inspired by the unique charcuterie of South Africa (our founder's birthplace).

Now a couple year down the line our biltong has won several prestigious taste awards and we are proud to consider some of the UK's most exciting food and drink brands as clients.

What sets Woza biltong apart is our focus on quality, authenticity and sustainability. Our biltong is made from only prime cuts of sustainable British beef and wild venison and is uniquely free from artificial preservatives, sugar and gluten.

The softness and moistness of our biltong has to be tried to be believed but this is only the start of the Woza journey…we have big plans and are seeking passionate, ambitious and hard-working individuals to join our team.
