Through our hands-on employability, enterprise and financial education programmes, resources and teacher training, we aim to reduce youth unemployment, help young people realise their potential beyond education and empower a generation to learn, to work and to live.

Do you remember being at school and having the chance to set up your own business for a few weeks? That was Young Enterprise, and they’ve been doing it for over 60 years. They help young people across the UK build confidence, develop their employability skills and start their own businesses. All of which need not only bright, caring and creative educators, but also a thriving team of leaders to drive their mission.
