Brick lane sales assistant needed!

Do you LOVE meeting new people, the thrill of the chase to get a sale along with the buzz of finalising a payment.

We’re looking for a freelance sales assistant to work in our shop located in the Rinse showrooms on Brick Lane.

The shop is a hybrid between a boutique set up and a market environment. Although permanently set up, located directly next door to the backyard market on Brick lane, it requires the hands on approach to selling as required by a market stall.

The opening hours for the shop are Saturday: 11-6pm and Sunday 10-6pm. Hours will vary according to the needs of the business and the role is perfect for someone looking for flexibility and to add a little bit of variety to their life.

Pay is set at a base rate of £8/hr with a sales incentive bonus (to be discussed with the successful candidate).

The ideal candidate should be:

 -Fantastic at selling, this job is very hands on and requires excellent customer service. 

-Love meeting new people and find it easy to strike up a conversation.

-Be able to think outside the box, as well as quickly in order to make a sale.

-Reliable and honest.

-Flexible.

Other:

-A genuine interest in sustainable fashion would be good, but is not completely necessary.

-Experience working in a market environment.
