Sunny Future
Sunny Future brings recruiting expertise, coaching and practical support to people working out their next career move. Its founder, Nicolas Buteau, has spent more than 20 years in recruiting and HR, hired thousands of people and was one of Uber’s first 100 employees, leading recruiting across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Its coaching network includes people with experience at Alphabet, LinkedIn, Uber and Amazon, alongside government, creative industries and leading universities. They work with a wider network of mentors and experts who have navigated career moves themselves.
About the Programme
Put recruiting experience behind your job search.
There’s plenty of advice about finding a job. Working out which of it applies to you, and what to do next, can be harder.
Sunny brings Sunny Future’s recruiting experience and job-search method into your own Claude account. It is the self-service option: a way to work through your search independently, with guidance that takes account of your background, the employers you’re considering and what you have already tried. You can follow a structured path or bring a specific question when you need help with something in particular.
It is particularly suited to graduates and early-career professionals, people outside London and anyone who would prefer to work at their own pace rather than join a live programme. It can also adapt to different circumstances, including returning after a career break, relocating or exploring a portfolio career.
How it works
Sunny runs inside a Claude Project in your own account, keeping the context of your search together as you work. That includes how you describe your experience, your CV, target employers, application tracking and interview preparation, so you can return to the work without starting again each time.
You’ll work on where your experience fits, how to present it and how to approach the people and organisations that interest you. Sunny Future’s company list helps you build a more focused shortlist of employers, with guidance for networking and interviews as your search progresses.
There is also a practical AI exploration element. Alongside using Sunny for your search, you’ll try ways of working with AI yourself and consider how the tools could apply to your previous experience and future work.
Cost and getting started
Sunny costs £300 as a one-off purchase. You can start whenever you’re ready, without waiting for a cohort or travelling to London. It is a self-service product rather than a live coaching programme.
