There’s plenty of advice about finding a job. Working out which of it applies to you, and what to do next, can be harder.

Sunny brings Sunny Future’s recruiting experience and job-search method into your own Claude. It is the self-service option: a way to work through your search independently, with guidance that takes account of your background, the employers you’re considering and what you have already tried.

Setup takes around five minutes. You create a new Claude Project, add Sunny Future’s instructions and context files, set up the relevant connectors, and you’re ready to start.

From there, Sunny follows the same method as the London Sprint: warm up, positioning and hiring list, CV and LinkedIn optimisation, networking, AI exploration and interviews. You can follow the full path through your search or bring a specific question when you need help with something in particular.

It is particularly suited to graduates and early-career professionals, people outside London and anyone who would prefer to work at their own pace rather than join a live programme. It can also adapt to different circumstances, including returning after a career break, relocating or exploring a portfolio career.

Building AI fluency is part of the point. As you use Sunny, you’ll learn how to give AI better context, refine how you work with it and use it more intelligently throughout your search. Sunny runs inside your own Claude Project, keeping the context of your search together as you work. That includes how you describe your experience, your target employers, your applications and your interview preparation, so you can return to the work without starting again each time.

You’ll work on where your experience fits, how to present it and how to approach the people and organisations that interest you. Sunny Future’s live dataset of 1,400+ companies hiring across Europe helps you build a more focused shortlist of employers, alongside course materials and playbooks to support each stage of the search.
