Sunny Future brings recruiting expertise, coaching and practical support to people working out their next career move. Its founder, Nicolas Buteau, has spent more than 20 years in recruiting and HR, hired thousands of people and was one of Uber’s first 100 employees, leading recruiting across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Its coaching network includes people with experience at Alphabet, LinkedIn, Uber and Amazon, alongside government, creative industries and leading universities. They work with a wider network of mentors and experts who have navigated career moves themselves.
About the Programme
Job search in good company.
You can have years of experience behind you and still find looking for your next role surprisingly difficult. Applications go unanswered. Familiar job titles no longer seem to describe the work you could do. After a while, it becomes hard to know whether to keep going or change your approach.
The London Sprint gives you a focused week to work on that, with experienced coaches and other professionals in the room. You’ll work on your own search throughout, getting feedback as you go, asking the questions you haven’t been able to settle on your own and comparing notes with people making their next move too.
It is particularly suited to mid- and late-career professionals who feel stuck, are exploring a move into startups or tech, or want to consider a portfolio career. You might be leaving an organisation, finding your feet in London or discovering that the approach which worked for your last job search is no longer getting you very far.

What you’ll work on
The week begins with your experience and where it fits in the market. You’ll look at the opportunities worth pursuing, how to explain what you bring and which employers make sense for your search. That work feeds into your CV, LinkedIn profile and a targeted list of companies to approach.
From there, you’ll work on networking, getting conversations started and preparing for interviews. There is also a practical AI workshop, where you’ll explore how to use AI in your search and think through what these tools could mean for the work you do next.
Alongside the group work, the Sprint includes one-to-one coaching, office hours, check-ins and resources. The aim is to leave with a clearer direction, stronger application materials and a search you are actively moving forward.
Support continues after the five days, with three weeks of check-ins, office hours and introductions through Sunny Future’s network to help you keep going as your search develops.
Dates, cost and joining
The upcoming London Sprints run on 5–9 October, 9–13 November and 7–11 December 2026. Each cohort takes place over five days in London.
The programme costs £1,250, with lunch and snacks included. You can speak to Nic about what you’re working towards and whether the Sprint is the right fit before deciding to join.
Programme FAQs
All your questions should be answered here.
Sunny Future recommends allowing at least 20 hours during the week. Check the daily schedule with the team before booking, particularly if you’re planning to take part alongside your current job. (sunnyfuture.io)
The Sprint is designed to be suitable for employer-funded outplacement: support provided when someone leaves an organisation. You can ask whether your employer will cover the cost as part of your departure package. Sunny Future provides information you can share with your HR team, although funding will depend on your employer agreeing. (sunnyfuture.io)
The focus is on getting your search moving: identifying suitable opportunities, improving your materials and preparing for conversations and interviews. Five days gives you concentrated time to make progress, but the timing of interviews and offers will depend on your individual search and prospective employers.
Sunny Future also offers Sunny, its self-service AI job-search tool, for £300. For senior executives looking for more personalised support, the Exec Sprint is a bespoke six-week programme priced at £5,000.
