Opportunity

The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work. They are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and duties of a Digital Marketing Coordinator.

Overall Objective

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive the ambitious growth of our online and offline digital marketing function. The Heal’s Digital Marketing strategy must drive traffic and revenue cost-effectively to Heals.com and to stores.

Working with the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the set-up, execution and analysis of our CRM, Paid, Email and Affiliate channels. You will use a range of marketing partners to capture new customers and generate more visitation and revenue from existing ones. You will be in regular communication with our agency partners and key stakeholders within the business.

Key Responsibilities

The role will include (but not be limited to) the below:

Email

  • Responsible for delivering our Broadcast and Automation email programme.
  • Working with the DMM to design industry-leading email campaigns that exceed business goals.
  • Drive the Heal’s triggered and lifecycle programmes using analysis to inform the strategy.
  • Approach all email campaigns with a test and learn mindset and develop an A/B testing plan.
  • Deliver monthly and ad-hoc email reporting

CRM

  • Develop the quality and usefulness of the customer database.
  • Lead data capture and customer profiling initiatives.
  • Develop a strategy that covers key customer journeys, lifecycles and segments.
  • Dig into the data to develop usable insights and regular performance reports.
  • Ensure customer data is being used effectively in other channels, e.g. PPC, display marketing.
  • Be the expert on GDPR and what we need to do to comply with privacy regulations.

Paid

  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver the paid strategy across all channels.
  • Day-to-day management of all Paid channels with our agency (including but not limited to: Pay-per-click advertising, Display retargeting and prospecting and Paid Social).
  • Responsible for the creation and coordination of ad copy, creative briefs and landing pages.
  • Continually seek out ways to optimise paid spend and ensure strong ROI throughout the year.
  • Drive new initiatives and new channels, presenting business cases to Senior Stakeholders.

Affiliate

  • Responsible for relationship building and communication with key affiliate partners.
  • Develop a rigorous affiliate strategy alongside the DMM.
  • Seek out new affiliate opportunities, whilst still retaining brand image.
  • Drive incremental traffic and revenue across our affiliate partners.

What You'll Bring

Key Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years experience delivering high-performing digital campaigns, ideally in luxury retail.
  • Passionate about data and optimisation.
  • Proactive and analytical individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and prioritise effectively.
  • A self-starter who likes to use their own initiative and takes ownership for their own projects.
  • Technical understanding of digital solutions.
  • Experience with ESPs.
  • Experience with agency coordination.
  • Excellent understanding of email marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Excel and other analytics platforms.
