What You'll Be Doing

At Opply, our strength is the efficiency with which we deliver leading-edge products and support to those we serve. We’re proud to set the standard for success in our industry. To help us ensure that we can source the right suppliers for our Brand Customers so they can efficiently get their hands on the goods they need, we’re seeking an organised and ambitious new business professional to join the team as Sales Executive. There's lots of room for growth and more senior roles in the commercial team from starting here.

  • Work with the whole Growth team to define the end-to-end sales and onboarding process for new Suppliers
  • Proactively source new Suppliers and reach out to them, bringing them on to the Opply platform
  • Work closely with the Brands team to ensure our brands are matched with suppliers that successfully align with their needs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and update internal systems accordingly
  • Be a champion for our users and advocate for them, partnering with Marketing and Product teams to continuously improve the product
  • Collect and record feedback throughout the sales process, suggesting changes where you identify areas for improvement.
  • Go above and beyond to be an Opply spokesperson, exceeding growth targets in line with achieving the overall business objectives
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
  • Attend industry events to network, build contacts, and represent Opply in the best light.


What Experience You Have

  • 1-2+ years in Sales or Business Development ideally in a B2B role
  • You understand, and have experience of how to communicate with businesses in a variety of industries, sizes and experience levels
  • You have shown a natural flair with customers, and ongoing over performance of targets
  • You have experience in capturing your magic into processes, that others can pick up and run with
  • Experience in the food/consumer goods industry with brands and suppliers preferred
  • Experience using CRM software
