You will be joining a dynamic and growing team and will help us reach our target audience by delivering engaging and on-brand information about our programmes and products.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design visuals, videos, and infographics according to brand guidelines
- Developing a content plan and promoting our content in our digital channels
- Creating marketing copy to advertise our company and products
- Sending out weekly newsletters to our audiences
- Writing blog posts about industry-related topics
- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
- Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
- Creation and maintenance of website pages using Squarespace
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
- Support marketing team in ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
- Research industry-related topics
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and engagement (clicks, sharing, commenting etc)
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Marketing Support, Communications Officer or similar role
- Portfolio of published work
- Video editing skills for social media
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e. g. Hootsuite)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Attention to detail essential
- Time-management skills
Ideally experience in as many of the following areas as possible:
- DigitalMarketing
- SEM & SEO
- PaidSearch
- BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism, or relevant field

The Package
- This is an initial 6-month fixed term contract for a full-time role, with the opportunity to extend the contract term if successful.
- £32,000 - £35,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
- £75 monthly wellbeing allowance to spend on your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
- 28 days annual holiday allowance + bank holidays
- Statutory pension scheme, mobile phone and laptop will be provided if required.
Location
This is a virtual role, but some of our Accelerator events are in-person. In some cases, we would like you to be able to attend our Accelerator events including Trajectory events - all UK based. We also hold team meetings once a quarter and would like you to join these meetings. All travel and accommodation will be covered for the above events and meetings.
