Junior HR Manager

Our client is recruiting for an office based junior HR Manager to work in the Waterloo area of London.

Our client is a fast growing life science company who are mainly based in the UK but do have employees in San Francisco also.

This role is perfect for someone looking for their first step up although we expect you will have worked in HR previously. We are also happy to consider those with more substantive experience.

This HR role will focus on:

• Recruitment & Candidate sourcing. This client is growing significantly.
• HR Administration
• Supporting professional development of current employees.

You must have experience recruiting in house for a younger business in the domain of life sciences and / or technology.

• Astute and willing to learn
• have a high attention to detail / accuracy
• Able to state your opinion and hold firm when needs be but also be able to listen / adapt at other times
• Predominantly office based (Waterloo) as the team are and it is important for this individual to be available / supportive.
