Responsibilities
Design and deliver end-to-end user and market research projects and disseminate actionable insights to drive the continuous improvement of Oak and its products
Be the voice of the user in the organisation by developing a deep understanding of their attitudes, behaviours and needs, particularly to support user-centred product design and decision making
Assess Oak’s position within the education landscape, and identifying changes, trends or disruptions that could have implications for Oak
Work in cross-functional and product orientated squads with colleagues from across the organisation, as required
As a member of the Oak Team, contribute to the planning and culture of the organisation
Contribute to all work across the Research team and take on other general responsibilities as required
Knowledge, skills and experience
2+ years experience conducting end-to-end user and market research, including quantitative and qualitative methodologies
Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to range of audiences
Experience using data analysis to answer complex questions
Knowledge of the UK education sector, including an understanding of pupils, teachers and schools at primary and secondary would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will have a desire to contribute in all areas to ensure Oak is successful. You will be comfortable working at pace, with a range of digital systems (including proprietary ones as required) and you will continuously look at ways that the team can keep getting better. You will be excellent at working as part of a remote team, building relationships and managing your time effectively.
