We also believe that healthcare providers should be able to focus their limited resources on providing care, not managing the complex lifecycle of medical devices. CE enables healthcare providers to lease medical devices that are managed by independent experts. We have installed equipment in a facility and are seeking to hire a Facility Liaison Officer to manage our partnership with the healthcare facility as well as to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's medical equipment on site.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all medical equipment is in good working order and ready for daily use by medical personnel Evaluate the performance of the medical equipment and make recommendations for improvement Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure that medical equipment is in good working condition at all times Inspect the medical equipment to make sure that it meets safety regulations and standards of quality Maintain inventory records of all medical equipment and supplies Attend to the client’s repair calls, escalating as necessary to the engineering team and to the Operations Lead Seek to exceed customer expectations by listening to suggestions, recommendations, complaints and report to the Operations Lead Work closely with the Operations Lead to improve processes in the medical Facility. Design and promote good customer management culture Adhere to organisational policies as approved by the management Elicit collaboration amongst all employees and departments in order to achieve work goals Work closely with the marketing team to expand our customer and maintain a competitive edge amid our competitors Prepare situation reports (SITREP) for the Operations Lead as instructed Performs other related duties as assignedRequirements
2-3 years' prior work experience in operations management, equipment maintenance or a similar role particularly within the healthcare sector Demonstrable basic knowledge of general maintenance procedures of HVAC/electrical/mechanical systems A university/polytechnic degree in facility management, engineering, business administration or a relevant field Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices Must have problem solving skills as you will be the first point of contact when issues arise Knowledge of Health Safety Environment is a huge advantageBenefits
