We’re building an amazing team and we’re looking for a driven Executive Assistant to support us on our journey.
The main purpose of this role is to provide joint support for 3-4 Executives within Tandem.
What you will be working on:

Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation - Screening phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Dealing with incoming email, post, often corresponding on behalf of the Director
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Minute taking across all statutory meetings
- Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the Director is well prepared for their meetings
- Organising lunch for any training or statutory meetings taking place
- Reconciling credit card statement monthly
- Completing Director expense claims
- Communicate effectively with external PA’s
- Personal PA PA Duties for the Chairman, CRO and the CFO

- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
